Polio Foundation is a Non Government Organization established in 1987 to perform corrective surgeries in physically handicapped children, having a multi facet hospital at Jivraj Park, Ahmedabad.

It is registered with Charity Commissioner Ahmedabad and National Trust, New Delhi.

Donation can be made by cheque in favour of “ Polio Foundation” and Online donation through HDFC bank.

8. What Are The Credentials Of Polio Foundation?
 

(1) Track record of 28 years services with minimal administrative cost.

(2) Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation made first Public-Private Partnership and provided us hospital in Ahmedabad at token rent of Rs 100/- per year.

(3) Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority has provided 5500 square yard land free of cost and we have constructed institute of  80000 square feet area with community support.

(4) Former president of India DR A P J ABDUL KALAM visited and he himself donated funds to us.

(5) National and International experts support us not only financially but also help us by their skills to treat patients with modern technology.

(6) Government of Gujarat supports us with grants for modern equipments.

(7) Our transparency and accountability have been applauded by our donors.

(8) Recently we have been presented with Quality Mark Award by Quality Mark Trust.
